UNBELIEVEABLE

I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the vitamins are obvious when you take them. I just feel better and now I can take less vitamins. My wife even took my bottle and is also now taking then and she agrees.

Reading Vision Improvement?

Overall I think these are great. I'm 50 and you really can't not take a multi at this age. I can't prove this to be true or not but after about a month and a half of use, I normally have had to use reading glasses in the past year to work and see my phone etc. Suddenly I do not seem to need them majority of the time. Whatever is going on is great. No other changes. Also taking Generate which I have been off an on from time to time but after every workout now. Again, I can't prove these are the thing making the change but I'm certainly not stopping to find out. Great stuff. I eat pretty decent too.
